Adrián Mateos Díaz was born on 1 July 1994 in spain. He was 19 when he won the 2013 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Europe Main Event and took €1,000,000 home. In January 2013, he won the Estrellas Poker Tour in Madrid and took €103,000 home.
Mateos won the European Poker Tour and took €1,082,000 home in the Grand Final in Monte Carlo, becoming the Spanish EPT champion. By the time he was 22, he had become the youngest player to win three WSOP bracelets. In 2021, he won his fourth bracelet in the $250,000 No Limit Hold'em - Super High Roller and took $3,265,362 home.
