Biography
At the age of 21, he went to Las Vegas to try his skills in the poker capital of the world. However, he quickly understood that Las Vegas's extravagant and flashy casinos were utterly different from the charity casinos back in Toronto. All his dedication and efforts paid off when he was honoured as the All-Around Player at the World Poker Final at Foxwoods in 1997. The following year, in 1998, he participated in his first WSOP event and won a $2,000 Pot Limit Hold’em tournament. At just 23, he became the youngest player to win a WSOP bracelet, earning a nickname of "Kid Poker."
In 2005, he explored other opportunities and started working on different business ventures. He dedicated a complete chapter to Doyle Brunson’s book, Super System 2. He also published two books: “Hold'em Wisdom for All Players,” released in 2007, and “Power Hold'em Strategy,” released in 2008.
