This tournament is hosted by Adda52.com for the participants to have a fun gaming experience, and at the same time, win grand prizes. Hence, the rules set by the company cannot be altered or changed at the request or recommendation of any individual.

• The Tournament Director’s decision will be final and binding.

• All the players would have to be above the age of 21.

• All the players participating in DPT must have an Adda52 account. If any player doesn’t have an Adda52 account, they can create one at the time of registration.

• If a player wins an online step satellite, the ticket must be utilized in the online satellite game only. They cannot utilize the same for offline satellites.

• In case a player wins multiple satellites, the extra tickets shall not be refunded.

• Any tournament ticket for the series received by a discount/deposit/satellite/other promotions will not be refunded or replaced by any other ticket. All tickets shall expire at the end of the series.

• If a player mistakenly registers for any tournament, they can undo the registration anytime before the tournament starts. In case the player fails to unregister or a no-show takes place after the registration, then the amount will go to the prize pool and no refund request will be entertained.

• No staff or their immediate family members will be allowed to participate in the tournament.

• All players would have to comply with the statutory COVID-19 safety protocol placed by Deltin Royale.

• All events will start at the stipulated time; any delay due to operational challenges shall not be compensated.

• All winnings shall be credited to the players’ Adda52 wallet within 1-5 working days and tax will be applicable as per players’ yearly PnL.

• Only players with Indian KYC shall be allowed to participate in DPT events

• In order to withdraw any winnings, the players must have an approved KYC via an Indian document on their Adda52 account.

• Only pre-registered tournament confirmation code holders will be entitled to a free entry at the jetty.

• By participating in this tournament, you agree to the terms & conditions applicable as per Adda52.com & Deltin’s policies.

• Any rule(s) changes or alteration would be done at the sole discretion of the management only.

• The Management will settle all disputes or incidents that may occur during the game and their decision would always be considered as final.

• Once the tournament's prize pool have been awarded, the responsibility of Adda52.com would be considered fulfilled.

• Adda52.com reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice.

• By participating, players consent to providing their image, interview and other footage to be used as promotional content by Adda52.com.

• DPT Grand Edition will run from 22nd Oct - 28th Oct on the Deltin Royale ship in Goa.

• Packages: The package consists of DPT Tournament Tickets. No travel and stay vouchers will be provided.

• The Road to DPT contest will run from 20th Sep - 17th Oct on the Adda52 platform.

• Only players who have Opted-In will have their PGP calculated towards the promotion

• The players can either chase cumulative PGP targets or the weekly PGP targets & players can check the weekly & cumulative PGP from the 'Road To DPT' leaderboard on Adda52 app.

• There are 4 packages to be won which are as under:

  • Silver Package: ₹65,000
  • Gold Package: ₹1,10,000
  • Platinum Package: ₹1,50,000
  • Titanium Package: ₹2,75,000

• In case the player is not attending, only 50% of the event ticket value will be cashed out in the form of Instant Bonus to the player’s adda52 wallet.

• A player can win only one DPT package through the promotion.

• Players should be above 21 years of age to participate in the contest.

• By participating in the Road to DPT contest, the winner consents to provide his image, interview etc., to be used as promotional content by Adda52.com and its media partners.

• Adda52.com reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to players.

• DPT Grand Rush is a Bracelet Event, Winner of this event will receive the Bracelet

• Players of this tournament can participate in all the starting Day 1's online. Day 2/Finale will be offline in Goa.

• All day 2 qualified players will be ITM.

• Players must be 21 years or above to get entry into the casino.

• In the case of multiple stacks going to Day 2, the highest stack will be considered for Day 2.

• Final stacks will be considered only after the completion of the last flight on the 13th of October.

• Players must reach the Deltin Royale for DPT Grand Rush Day 2 by 12 PM and confirm their verification, the same as their Add52 account.

• Players can only participate in Day 2 with verified Adda52 accounts.

• In case of a no-show, a minimum ITM prize will be given to the players.

• In case of multiple no-shows, stacks will be removed, and the prize will be distributed equally to all the no-show players.

• Players unable to reach the venue before the start of this tournament will be considered as a no-show.

• Reseating will happen on Day 2.

• All prizes will be credited to the Adda52 account within two working days after the completion of Day 2.
